Rocky River Road @ Hood Road

Traffic was stopped for about 45 minutes on Rocky River Road during the morning rush hour for a two vehicle MVA with entrapment. The driver's door had to be removed from one vehicle to access a patient. Newell Engine 1 and Heavy Rescue 1 responded. The patient was freed less than 10 minutes from the time the 911 call was received.
