Newell Heavy Rescue 1 was requested by CFD for a pin-in on Harris Boulevard. Engines 34 and 27 were on scene with 2 vehicles, one of which was resting precariously on a guardrail. Ladder 27 arrived and began extrication while Newell stabilized the vehicle with struts and low pressure air bags. CFD Rescue 3 arrived and helped complete stabilization and extrication.
