Newell and Robinson were dispatched to an MVA on
I-485 at Harrisburg Road. Newell responded to I-485 and
University City Boulevard to check the area. Newell 10
found a multiple vehicle accident in several lanes on
the inner loop at the Caldwell Road overpass.
