Robinson, Newell and Mint Hill fire departments were dispatched to a structure fire on Filbert lane in the Kingstree neighborhood. Robinson 9 arrived and found smoke coming from a 2-story dwelling and encountered heavy smoke inside the structure. Companies quickly knocked down the fire and began overhaul. The kitchen sustained heavy fire damage and the entire house suffered smoke damage. No one was injured in the fire.
